Few realize the un-elected deep-state in every city.

If we will ever see America returned to its best, or see greater advancement in justice, liberty and prosperity, cities, states, and nation must again separate law-making and enforcement from market endeavors such as capital improvement and land-use plans and implementation. Separation of functions was key to our success, similarly to barring established (favored denominational) religion,

Once, civil government protected life, liberty, and property. Now it owns them.

Marketplace interest in the form of regulation or providing goods and services must corrupt objective justice. The fox must not run the hen house.
